Are you ready to finally take all of the lessons of 2023 and see how they apply to 2024?

Over the next 2 weeks, you’ll be reminded of the effort you made last year to level up your life and how it positioned you for the work ahead in 2024.

You probably have some projects on your plate that you thought would be finished by now. It’s ok. You just got an extension through the end of the year.

So, if you find yourself defending your work and your efforts over the last year, suggest to people that it is actually a GOOD thing that you didn’t finish.  

If you think about it, what you were aiming for last year doesn’t actually fit with the reality of where you find yourself. Last year gave you some experience and insights that now help you reshape what “leveling up” really means. With a little effort, you may be able to find a shared vision that works for everyone.

And finally, think about who has been especially crucial to your journey over the last year. You went through some intense times together and because you were in the same boat, you built a strong bond. Your time together may be coming to a conclusion as some of you prepare to move in a different direction.
