You are in the midst of pulling together a ton of details over the next 1.5 months. The structure will happen in stages, not overnight.

Start a “beta launch” at the end of the year. Others have a stake in it and will want it to work too. You're setting the framework for the future and can revise it in mid-January.

Celebrate what you’ve done this year and get ready to look ahead.

At my last Coffee & Charts call, I offered these additional tips for moving with the global flow:

• You have been in the Mercury portal since Dec 12. Thinking in a Capricorn way is hard work: you're condensing your wisdom and experience into a structure. For this particular portal, it's especially meaningful because whatever framework you design will be the foundation for the year ahead.

• On Dec 23, Chiron stations retrograde at 12° Aries. How can you actively begin to release any expectations about outcomes, especially in how (or whether) you are noticed?

• On Dec 29, Mercury stations retrograde, Venus passes over Mercury, and the Sun enters the Mercury portal. You may receive some buy-in for your "draft" framework and be able to try it out. Aim to regroup in mid-January to flesh out improvements.

• From Dec 30-Jan 3, Venus passes through the overlapping 2022-2023 Pluto portals. Celebrate how much you've done this year and look for your invitation to change the status quo. It will be a hint of what changes are coming in 2023.
