Sure, it probably needs some work. Not only that, others are depending on you to get it right because it affects them too.

Over the next 2 weeks, tap into that dream team of yours. They are the ones who totally get what you do day-to-day and see the practical aspects of your talents.  

From now until the Mercury portal ends on Sep 11, show them what you are trying. They can reflect back what’s going great and what needs some work.

From there, you’ll get to think about their feedback and incorporate it into your thinking.

By the way, if you are hearing about people going back to the old ways of doing things, just remember it’s temporary. And, you can use this time until Nov 19 to take advantage of tweaking any system you used to rely on based on everything you’ve learned over the last 7 months. It’s like putting your wiser head on your younger body!
