Do I need to know anything about astrology?
Not a thing. True North is built so that the framework makes sense the moment you see your cards.
No background required. Panda explains everything as you go.
What if my birth time isn’t exact?
A birth time and city of birth is enough to get started. Without a birth time you'll have 11 cards instead of 14, and Panda has a specific method for working with that. She covers it in True North Live so you know exactly what you can and can't use.
Do I have to share my personal story in the live calls?
No. The cards do the talk - not you. You don't have to explain your relationship or describe the dynamic. You bring the birth info and Panda reads what's there.
Many participants find they recognize their situation immediately without having said a word about it.
What if I can't make the live calls?

Hi, I'm Panda.
Your Guide
I came to astrology by way of immunology and institutional asset management.
I have a Ph.D. in immunology and did postdoctoral research in molecular and cell biology, followed by 15 years at CalPERS and TIAA-CREF. I think in systems. I look at data until I can see the pattern underneath it. And I've always been drawn to complicated things that resist easy explanation, not to prove them, but to make them useful.
In 2010, a man in Australia who had never met me told me things about myself that were true, but that I had never shared with anyone. I didn't understand how that was possible. So I studied it.
By 2016, the same framework showed me I was ready for a major change. I left institutional finance and built Your Full Expression. Taking something many people write off as vague or unprovable and making it specific, grounded, and immediately applicable isn't a departure from my training. It's exactly what my training prepared me to do.
The work that moves me most is the moment someone sees their cards and another person's Inner Compass cards side by side for the first time. The frustration doesn't go away. But it suddenly makes sense.
I believe human connection is the most important thing we can cultivate in our lives. And I believe the fastest path to growing there is not trying harder. It's seeing more clearly.
