ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Your Full Expression currently offers the following:

True North — Self-paced digital course ($97)

Compass Membership — Monthly membership program ($97/month)

Cosmic Clarity Session — Private 1:1 session with Panda ($333)

Mercury Portals — Free masterclass with optional VIP upgrade

PAYMENT & PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information directly.

For the Compass Membership, your card will be charged on a recurring monthly basis beginning on your enrollment date. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

REFUND POLICY

True North (Digital Course) Due to the immediately accessible, digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you have a genuine concern, please contact us at [email protected].

Compass Membership: Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. You will retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cosmic Clarity Sessions: Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full credit toward rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Mercury VIP Experience: All sales for the VIP upgrade are final due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of the deliverables.

We put tremendous care into everything we create. If something feels off, please reach out before initiating a chargeback. We want to make it right.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

To cancel your Compass Membership, log into your member portal or email [email protected] with your name and cancellation request. Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

Your Full Expression reserves the right to revoke membership access for violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, or misuse, without refund.

SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Panda Hershey — Your Full Expression

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Panda Hershey including program updates, offer announcements, event reminders, and service-related communications related to the InnerCompass Map framework and associated products and services.

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to opt out. Upon sending STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Re-subscribe: To rejoin, simply opt in again the same way you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
